Josh, the owner of JLI Mechanical, took the time to explain how my system operates and why it had the problems it had. I don’t know of ANY other business owner that would do that. This company is top notch! I recommend them to anyone having air-conditioning problems.
Referred by a friend. Josh came out to our home gave us a complete run down on what was happening with our ac system. We had another local ac repair service come out prior and ended up out $700 and (24 hrs later) no working ac. Josh figured out what was wrong, fixed it and followed up just to be sure all was still good. Awesome guy, HIGHLY suggest using JLI.
Kevin, Carlos , and the helper were very professional,informative about the equipment and install of my mini split ac unit. I will use JLI again in the future when I need HAVC system worked on! 5 stars all the way!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called yesterday asking if they can come and do general maintenance on my unit and they were able to fit me in this morning. The service tech showed up right on time and worked for about an hour. He cleaned my outdoor unit, purged my drain line, inspected all of the duct work, inspected the indoor unit, and then at the end of all of it gave me a basic rundown on things to look out for. No pushy sales, no lies, just honest up front work. Thanks yall!
Josh was beyond polite and honest with me. He came out in less than 12 after I reached out to him. We ended up not needing to replace our AC system but when we do will We be using JLI Mechanical ! Thank you !

Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.
