Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.
Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. We have had absolutely no issues with the new unit and are secure in the knowledge that Josh would stand behind his work and be available if we needed him. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called yesterday asking if they can come and do general maintenance on my unit and they were able to fit me in this morning. The service tech showed up right on time and worked for about an hour. He cleaned my outdoor unit, purged my drain line, inspected all of the duct work, inspected the indoor unit, and then at the end of all of it gave me a basic rundown on things to look out for. No pushy sales, no lies, just honest up front work. Thanks yall!
