A transformer in our yard was struck by lightening which caused a series of shorts, blown fuses and damaged internal parts to the unit. The repairman worked meticulously from the thermostat throughout the entire system and out to the outside unit repairing each issue until our system was working seamlessly. Fantastic service!!!!

The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well.
