Called for AC problems I was having in my home. He came over and gave a estimate and an inspection. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. It was 100 degrees outside and 83 and rising inside. I called Josh and he was out here in 30 minutes. Fixed the problem quickly and for a good price. My technician Noel was prompt, courteous and efficient. The job was done right the first time and have had no further problems with my ac unit. I would recommend JLI to anyone, they are a local company which I will continue to use.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called yesterday asking if they can come and do general maintenance on my unit and they were able to fit me in this morning. The service tech showed up right on time and worked for about an hour. He cleaned my outdoor unit, purged my drain line, inspected all of the duct work, inspected the indoor unit, and then at the end of all of it gave me a basic rundown on things to look out for. No pushy sales, no lies, just honest up front work. Thanks yall!
