I’ve been an HVAC Contractor for 6 years and have used Josh and his team at JLI Mechanical for complete system installs the entire time. The 1-2 times I used another HVAC install team, proved to be a mistake. Quality matters, and JLI’s installs are amongst the best quality install work I’ve seen in the industry. JLI is one of the most knowledgeable and professional AC repair companies in Hill County. They are very upfront and honest about everything they do. This means they always advocate for what’s best for the customer and not just how much they can sell. It’s hard to find any organization with that much honesty.
Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. It was 100 degrees outside and 83 and rising inside. I called Josh and he was out here in 30 minutes. Fixed the problem quickly and for a good price. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called yesterday asking if they can come and do general maintenance on my unit and they were able to fit me in this morning. The service tech showed up right on time and worked for about an hour. He cleaned my outdoor unit, purged my drain line, inspected all of the duct work, inspected the indoor unit, and then at the end of all of it gave me a basic rundown on things to look out for. No pushy sales, no lies, just honest up front work. Thanks yall!
We had Josh come out and fill our Freon that was low. Josh made time for us and was very professional. We will be using JLI Mechanical from now on, very professional and reasonable on their pricing.
