I found Josh and JLI about 3 years ago when I had an emergency on a weekend. I tried to contact the company that installed my units , however, they did not return my call until Monday after my problem was fixed. Josh came out on Saturday, fixed my problem and has been my go to A/C man since. He is dependable and does great work at a fair price.

JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I feel at complete peace and have total confidence in JLI MECHANICAL!! It is very refreshing to have people in the service field who actually care! Thank you JLI Mechanical!!

Josh, the owner of JLI Mechanical, took the time to explain how my system operates and why it had the problems it had. I don’t know of ANY other business owner that would do that. This company is top notch! I recommend them to anyone having air-conditioning problems.

We had Josh come out and fill our Freon that was low. Josh made time for us and was very professional. We will be using JLI Mechanical from now on, very professional and reasonable on their pricing.

Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.

Josh helped me in an emergency situation. I had an AC that wouldn’t work. The house was sold and inspection coming up. Josh located the problem (wiring not AC issue) and put me in touch with a selection of electricians he recommended. In the meantime, Josh even went so far as to purchase an extension cord to keep the ac running for me until the electrician could come out to fix it. Wish I had found this company 4 years ago when I started renovating my three homes in Hillsboro!

They showed up right on time and were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their heat/ac worked on or if you need insulation sprayed in your attic.
