JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I feel at complete peace and have total confidence in JLI MECHANICAL!! It is very refreshing to have people in the service field who actually care! Thank you JLI Mechanical!!

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. It was 100 degrees outside and 83 and rising inside. I called Josh and he was out here in 30 minutes. Fixed the problem quickly and for a good price. Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough.
