JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I feel at complete peace and have total confidence in JLI MECHANICAL!! It is very refreshing to have people in the service field who actually care! Thank you JLI Mechanical!!

Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. We have had absolutely no issues with the new unit and are secure in the knowledge that Josh would stand behind his work and be available if we needed him. I’ve been an HVAC Contractor for 6 years and have used Josh and his team at JLI Mechanical for complete system installs the entire time. The 1-2 times I used another HVAC install team, proved to be a mistake. Quality matters, and JLI’s installs are amongst the best quality install work I’ve seen in the industry. I’ll continue to use them for my install work as long as they’re available to do it. Furthermore, Josh has proven to be invaluable in the growth of my own career. He has helped me understand and comprehend best practices in nearly everything from installation, system and duct design, troubleshooting, and more. I found Josh and JLI about 3 years ago when I had an emergency on a weekend. I tried to contact the company that installed my units , however, they did not return my call until Monday after my problem was fixed. Josh came out on Saturday, fixed my problem and has been my go to A/C man since. He is dependable and does great work at a fair price.
