Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. We have had absolutely no issues with the new unit and are secure in the knowledge that Josh would stand behind his work and be available if we needed him. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your HVAC needs.

JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well.
