Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.

JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I found Josh and JLI about 3 years ago when I had an emergency on a weekend. I tried to contact the company that installed my units , however, they did not return my call until Monday after my problem was fixed. Josh came out on Saturday, fixed my problem and has been my go to A/C man since. He is dependable and does great work at a fair price.
