We had a problem with our heat this week, and got a very fast response after calling JLI. Josh was able to fix the problem with our heat, and I was very impressed with the way they cleaned up after the job was completed, and waited to see if the unit was working properly before leaving our house. Another technician, Carlos, was very professional and courteous. This is not the first time we have used their services, and I would highly recommend for any HVAC issues.

I called JLI Mechanical HVAC because of the great reviews I read on line and they did not disappoint. Josh arrived on time and had my unit repaired in about 30 minutes, fortunately he had the part he needed in his work vehicle. I will definitely call them again. Josh was a very courteous man.

This company came out and fix what another company couldn’t. The other company tried to sell me a full equipment and had to get a second opinion. So I call this company and found the issue fast and made the repairs with no problem. If you are looking for a great and honest company, they are it.

JLI Mechanical provided the best service I’ve ever received in Waco and in years from any company!! They are very upfront with their pricing, tech showed up at scheduled time and called before to advise how far away he was. The amount of the service call for our HVAC was applied to the repair charges (unlike other folks in town). They also offer a maintenance membership which allows for a significant discount on your repairs even same day! Carlos was our tech who was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to have everything running well. I feel at complete peace and have total confidence in JLI MECHANICAL!! It is very refreshing to have people in the service field who actually care! Thank you JLI Mechanical!!

Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. We have had absolutely no issues with the new unit and are secure in the knowledge that Josh would stand behind his work and be available if we needed him. Josh, the owner of JLI Mechanical, took the time to explain how my system operates and why it had the problems it had. I don’t know of ANY other business owner that would do that. This company is top notch! I recommend them to anyone having air-conditioning problems.
