Our small office recently needed replacement for a 20 year old HVAC unit. Josh and his crew did a professional job. The price was quoted and there were no surprises. They arrived in a timely manner. The removal and installation were expedited so that there was minimal disruption of our work schedule. The clean up was thorough. We have had absolutely no issues with the new unit and are secure in the knowledge that Josh would stand behind his work and be available if we needed him. Called for AC problems I was having in my home. He came over and gave a estimate and an inspection. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.

Josh helped me in an emergency situation. I had an AC that wouldn’t work. The house was sold and inspection coming up. Josh located the problem (wiring not AC issue) and put me in touch with a selection of electricians he recommended. In the meantime, Josh even went so far as to purchase an extension cord to keep the ac running for me until the electrician could come out to fix it. Wish I had found this company 4 years ago when I started renovating my three homes in Hillsboro!

This company came out and fix what another company couldn’t. The other company tried to sell me a full equipment and had to get a second opinion. So I call this company and found the issue fast and made the repairs with no problem. If you are looking for a great and honest company, they are it.

I am really very pleased. I have used this service a couple times now and he has always been wonderful. Truely cares about his customers and knows what he is doing. I won’t go with anyone else to service my mini split!
