Josh was extremely responsive and quick to help diagnose the issue with my AC Unit. He made sure that we started off with the most cost effective items that could be the issue. Very happy with our service and will definitely refer.
I found Josh and JLI about 3 years ago when I had an emergency on a weekend. I tried to contact the company that installed my units , however, they did not return my call until Monday after my problem was fixed. Josh came out on Saturday, fixed my problem and has been my go to A/C man since. He is dependable and does great work at a fair price.
I’ve been an HVAC Contractor for 6 years and have used Josh and his team at JLI Mechanical for complete system installs the entire time. The 1-2 times I used another HVAC install team, proved to be a mistake. Quality matters, and JLI’s installs are amongst the best quality install work I’ve seen in the industry. Called for AC problems I was having in my home. He came over and gave a estimate and an inspection. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. So I chose him over 2 other company’s. Fantastic work, was there 10 mins early to start the job. pricing was fair and work was stellar. would highly recommend again and to any of my friends.

Went above and beyond to help out with my AC unit even though I live far from his work area. Gave reasonable prices and very open about issues and problems and why price is the way it is.
Very professional with exceptional customer service. After buying a house I wanted my AC checked. The owner (i cant remember his name) had been to my house just a few weeks earlier to check the system. He could of easily just charged me but he didn’t and told me he had checked it earlier and was running fine. I’m definitely going to use again in the future.
They showed up right on time and were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their heat/ac worked on or if you need insulation sprayed in your attic.
